About tax document issuing
Issuing Brazilian electronic invoices (NF-e and NFS-e) is a separate module and exists only for companies registered in Brazil: it depends on your state tax authority, your city hall and an A1 digital certificate in your company’s name. Activation is done by our team together with you.
Renting movable goods — cameras, equipment and the like — does not generate a service invoice, by decision of the Brazilian Supreme Court (Binding Precedent 31). For those cases the system issues a rental receipt carrying all contract data.
Companies outside Brazil use the platform normally for quotes, contracts, work orders and finance, charging in USD or EUR through payment links.
Billing questions
Is there a lock-in or cancellation fee?
No. The subscription is monthly and can end at any time, with a full data export before you go.
How is a module activated mid-month billed?
Pro rata by day. You pay only for the period the module was on that month.
What happens if I pay late?
You are warned before any restriction. Blocking is gradual and access returns on its own once payment clears — your data is not deleted.
